All of our products come with a 30day warranty from US (Health E-Smoke) as well as the manufacturers warranty of 1 year.If your E-cigarette fails to work in the first 30days (not very likely) we will replace the defective part free of charge.If your product breaks after the 30 day period, you can still get warranty service by contacting the manufacturer and returning your defective unit directly to them.We are here to help and will be glad to assist you in submitting your warranty claim to the manufacturer even if you arer past OUR 30 day warranty period.
If claiming replacement under OUR warranty, we will need a scan of your reciept (we pack a hard copy of your reciept in every order.)And you will need to mail the defective unit back to our support address.Please contact us before returning any products ,many problems can be solved without returning your unit.
